MARK KOTECHA

CEO

Mark has founded from scratch, built and sold a number of leading online, branded businesses. Companies have been built to £10m+ revenues and 120+ personnel within 3 years. Exits to Argos plc, BT and Nasdaq listed groups. He brings over 25 years of property investment experience.

Previously a journalist on national broadsheet newspapers, Mark was educated at Balliol College, Oxford University.

Interests: football, tennis, politics (formerly parliamentary candidate)

ASEN PANAGONOV

Hotel Director

Asen has managed hotels and tour-operators across 3 countries, with extensive experience in property and event management too. Graduated from 3 different universities, with MSC in Hospitality Management and BSCs in both PR and Tourism. Certified mediator and also a guest speaker on travel trends at some of the largest travel conventions around the world.

 

Interests: Passionate traveler, with around a third of the world under his belt.

NITA NANDA

Associate Director

Nita is a global retail business leader with broad international experience across multiple disciplines including finance, branding and product development. Strong record in growing businesses and leading teams in complex multi-cultural environments across EMEA. 


Graduated in International Business and most recently a MBA from Leicester University. 

Interests: business development, mountain hiking, yoga 

JULIAN MYLCHREEST

Funding Director 

Julian is non-executive director  of Woodside Hotels and is involved in leading our partnerships with a number of private and banking investors. He brings a wealth of experience in international real estate funding and development.

 

 He is currently Managing Director of Bank of America Merrill Lynch Europe and has been in this role for the last 8 years. Prior to this he had a similiar role at Citigroup Europe.

 

Educated at Oxford University.

 

Interests: Borne (charity for pre-term babies), family (of 7)
